Allie Gunsorek - Broker Associate

My interest in the real estate industry started long before getting my license, growing up around real estate development and watching my parents work through the many details that go into building, designing, and valuing properties. That background gave me an early understanding of what makes a property stand out, from location and design to market trends, long-term value, and investment potential.

I'm a current Finance and Environmental Science student at the University of Notre Dame, with a minor in Real Estate. Through my coursework and experience, I’ve developed a strong foundation in financial modeling, property valuation, and long-term planning to help clients think through a sale or purchase strategically.

 As a Notre Dame student, I also bring a firsthand perspective of the South Bend area as someone living, studying, and spending time here every day. For buyers and sellers connected to Notre Dame, I can offer insight into the area, lifestyle, and community that goes beyond just the property itself. I’m especially excited to be part of South Bend during a time of continued growth, as new development and investment add energy, opportunity, and momentum to the area. I'm looking forward to bringing that background and perspective to every client I work with.
